Small spline joints in each corner of the base, tell a story of the traditional, wooden-joinery techniques evident in Japanese culture. This notable feature connects the furniture piece to many of the other Karimoku Case Study products, creating coherence across the collection. 

It’s all about balancing the functionalities so obvious for a sofa, whilst treasuring the small, refined and subtle details present in our everyday life.
