Returns Policy

Unfortunately, custom / build-to-order and other special orders are non-returnable. For orders that are returnable, you may return your order within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that all return shipments be insured. Note that all returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue. Please take photos of damaged or incorrect item(s) and photos of the packaging. If your item was shipped using a freight carrier, you must contact us immediately and note all damages on the shipper’s paperwork before signing and accepting the delivery.

Shipping Policy

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 per order on all items with the exception of furniture. For furniture orders you will see options for shipping methods and their corresponding costs during checkout. Likewise for non-standard, expedited shipping rates. Standard shipping may take up to ten days to arrive within the continental United States, (but usually takes less than five) and will be sent by a carrier chosen by Prevalent Projects.  At this time we do not ship out of the US.

In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the shipping return costs are the responsibility of the shipper, except in cases of mistakes by Prevalent Projects. All returns require prior email authorization.

"White Glove" delivery service is available for most orders. This service includes pre-call to schedule appointment, inside delivery, unpacking, product assembly (if specified), and removal of all packaging materials (if specified). Prevalent Projects works only with the best in the delivery business and have established partnerships with experienced van lines, specializing in high-end furniture deliveries to ensure you receive the highest level of service.
