We offer different levels of delivery service depending on the item(s) you have ordered and the timeframes needed to ship your order. We’ve chosen the best professional carriers to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition. Why do we charge for shipping?  

We use a premier shipping carrier that uses padded cargo containers that are climate controlled.  That means that our products do not warp or crack.  Our damage rate for last year was less than 0.02%.  Every item shipped is scanned and photographed as it moves though shipping warehouses, we do not use forklifts and hand carry our all your valuable furniture items.  We want our customers to send us photos and tell all their friends how well we did.



Our shipping methods vary, depending on the weight and size of the item(s) that you have selected. We determine shipping methods on a case-by-case basis and will let you know the best method at the time of your order.  Please note, that the shipping options below apply to the continental U.S. 



Standard Ground Shipping is available for small items. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days.  

UPS Standard Delivery

Many furniture items ship for free unless otherwise noted. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will have additional shipping cost, please email us at [email protected] for shipping quotes to these states.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For any orders below $75, we offer ground shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order.




For all furniture orders, we provide options for shipping methods and their corresponding costs during the checkout. Lead time depends on the Items, you will see these details on each item. Once we receive the order, we will confirm the lead time. Items will be sent by a carrier chosen by Prevalent Projects. 


Threshold Delivery

‘Threshold’ delivery on furniture and large items includes your order being delivered ‘across the threshold’ in the first dry area available. This includes areas such as the first floor of your home or apartment building. ‘Threshold’ delivery does not include an order being taken up any flights of stairs or any unpacking of removal of debris. 


White-Glove Delivery

White-Glove delivery on furniture and large items includes your order being delivered into the desired room in your home. Your order will be unpackaged and all debris will be removed. ‘White Glove’ delivery does not include moving of other furniture in your home. 



At this time, we do not ship outside of the continental U.S. 




In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the shipping return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns require prior email authorization. Please email us at [email protected].



Unfortunately, custom, build-to-order, and other special orders are non-returnable. 



Please read carefully prior to placing your order.

We want you to love your purchase. We will work with you to make it right if you receive an item that is damaged or defective and reported as such upon delivery.

Please be sure to measure carefully, thoughtfully consider your purchase, and contact us for any assistance you need prior to placing your order.

Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery.  Note any damage observed on the delivery slip before signing for delivery, take photos of packaging and contents, and reject delivery of items where the packaging is severely damaged or not intact.

Claims for missing, damaged, or defective merchandise must be filed within 2 days of delivery. After 2 days we will be unable to process your claim, as most shippers will not accept claims filed after that time period.

Most furniture, lighting, and rugs that we offer are either made-to-order, or non-stocked and ordered specifically for you, and therefore NOT RETURNABLE unless damaged or defective and reported as such at the time of delivery. 

You may return in-stock, small-parcel items for store credit or refund with your original receipt when returned in original (new and unused) condition within 14 days of store purchase or delivery.

For all returns, the cost of outbound shipping and return shipping are not refundable. Please ensure that your item is well-packaged to prevent damage and fully insured for return shipment.

We will issue your refund or store credit, less any associated shipping cost, within 48 hours of receiving your return.
