We offer different levels of delivery service depending on the item(s) you have ordered and the timeframes needed to ship your order. We’ve chosen the best professional carriers to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition. Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our shipping methods vary, depending on the weight and size of the item(s) that you have selected. We determine shipping methods on a case-by-case basis and will let you know the best method at the time of your order.  Please note, that the shipping options below apply to the continental U.S. 

 

SMALL ITEM SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Ground Shipping is available for small items. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.  

UPS Standard Delivery

  • With purchases of $75 or more, we offer ground shipping services FREE of charge. 
  • For any orders below $75, we offer ground shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order.

Curbside Pick-Up

We offer curbside pickup daily from 11-5 pm. Please call the store at (415) 888-3257 when you arrive. 

 

FURNITURE/LARGE ITEM SHIPPING OPTIONS 

For all furniture orders, we provide options for shipping methods and their corresponding costs during the checkout. Lead time depends on the Items, you will see these details on each item. Once we receive the order, we will confirm the lead time. Items will be sent by a carrier chosen by Prevalent Projects. 

 

Threshold Delivery

‘Threshold’ delivery on furniture and large items includes your order being delivered ‘across the threshold’ in the first dry area available. This includes areas such as the first floor of your home or apartment building. ‘Threshold’ delivery does not include an order being taken up any flights of stairs or any unpacking of removal of debris. 

 

White-Glove Delivery

White-Glove delivery on furniture and large items includes your order being delivered into the desired room in your home. Your order will be unpackaged and all debris will be removed. ‘White Glove’ delivery does not include moving of other furniture in your home. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

At this time, we do not ship outside of the continental U.S. 

 

Return Policy

IN-STOCK FURNITURE ITEM RETURNS

For in-stock items, you may return your order within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that all return shipments be insured. Note that all returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

 

SMALL ITEMS RETURNS

In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the shipping return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns require prior email authorization. Please email us at [email protected]

 

CUSTOM ORDER FURNITURE RETURNS

Unfortunately, custom, build-to-order, and other special orders are non-returnable. 

 

ALL RETURNS

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue. Please take photos of the damage or incorrect item(s) and of the packaging. If your item was shipped using a freight carrier, you must contact us immediately and note all damages on the shipper’s paperwork before signing and accepting the delivery. In the case of a mistake on behalf of Prevalent Projects, return shipping costs will not be the responsibility of the customer.
