Am I responsible for paying the import duty/tariff fee on an invoice from UPS/FedEx/DHL?
You are not responsible for paying this fee. If you receive an invoice by mail or email from the parcel service, please forward the email or send a photo or scan of the paperwork you received to info@prevalentprojects.com so we can pay it.
Why did I receive an invoice for import duties/tariff payment from UPS/FedEx/DHL?Due to ongoing changes in customs and tariff fees, it is possible that the parcel service delivering your purchase from Prevalent Projects may require payment of the additional tariff at the time of delivery or send an invoice by mail/email at a later time. While we are usually notified and able to pay these fees in advance of delivery, this is not always the case.
I had to pay the import duty at the time of delivery. How do I request to be reimbursed?Please forward the email or send a photo or scan of the paperwork you received to info@prevalentprojects.com so we can process the refund of the appropriate amount.
