A donabe is the perfect cookware for highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients. This donabe renews the traditional Japanese clay pot with a modern design. Comes with a steam plate, and can be used on gas, induction, or halogen cooktops.

Material High heat-resistant ceramic 100V and 200V induction heater, direct fire, halogen heater, ceramic hob, microwave, and oven safe. 

Care Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Immediately wash and dry well after use, and keep dry when not in use. If the pot becomes burnt, boil water in the pot, add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and simmer in low heat for 2-3 minutes, let it cool down and rub with a melamine sponge.
