The solid wooden frame is made with American oak and features a series of intersecting dowels and boards. 

These intersections create interesting joins and negative details throughout the chair. This detail is most prominent in the backrest where the dowels create a stunning series of repetitive junctions, making the chair as beautiful from the back as it is from the side or front. The cushions are made with comfortable multi-density foam and are upholstered in New Zealand with a range of premium fabrics. Designed in New Zealand by David Moreland and Nikolai Sorensen.
